If you have paid and need to cancel, a refund will be accepted only if the request is made 7 days after payment AND 2 days before the arrival date. Request for refund and cancellation must be ‘in writing’ or sent to the Operations Director via email. Once the refund request meets the above criteria ONLY 70% of the overall cost will be refunded.
All refunds will be made using the original form of payment ONLY.
Any of the above policies may be further expanded based on our discretion.
